Letter from the Owner: Hello, my name is Ben, the owner and the service technician for Yes Doors. I started Yes Doors June 2012. We are a small family owned and operated company. When you call Yes Doors for service on your garage door or automatic opener you will always get the same technician to arrive on site for the service, me. We are not affiliated with any other company and only have one location in Garland.
Once I arrive onsite, I evaluate the performance of your garage door and opener. Based on the evaluation, I will advise the customer of my recommendations and the price. Once the customer has approved, work is completed. Upon completion of work performed we will provide a copy of the invoice to the customer. Allowing the customer to know what work was completed and a final cost of the invoice. One final step is to put a sticker on the wall next to your wall button for future reference.
